I'm working on some graphics / gameplay mods of existing zx spectrum games too, works in progress include

I'm not sure how to handle the rights around these as, although they are freely available on World of Spectrum, they might still be under copyright (and I know David Jones has considered doing a Magic Knight follow-up).   Currently I'm considering releasing an 'update pack' where you Bring-Your-Own-Binary - probably tzx format - and patch it yourself... will look into it more when I have some free time.  I'd like to share them in some way though, as MOVIE is especially fun in that I fixed the really annoying control system, to be more like the Great Escape, and to use shortcut keys for fire, pick-up, hit etc.   Spellbound and Stormbringer also have mouse support now which is a bit of a novelty but cool nonetheless.
